We act as a Data Controller for your account and billing information, and as a Data Processor when managing automated workflows or customer data on behalf of our B2B clients.

Payment transactions are securely processed directly via Stripe and Wise. We do not store full credit card numbers or banking passwords on our servers.

Technical Logs

  • IP addresses, browser types, and system event logs.
  • Device and operating system information.
  • Pages visited, session activity and feature usage.
  • API usage logs and platform interaction data relating to your AI agents.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

Information from Third Parties

  • Payment status information from Stripe and Wise.
  • Public business information from connected CRM platforms.
  • Lead information collected through AI chatbot widgets deployed by you.

3. Lawful Bases for Processing

We process personal data under one or more lawful bases under Article 6 UK GDPR: contract performance, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation.

5. Data Hosting and Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate our services, including:

  • Lovable.dev (website and frontend interfaces)
  • Replit (application hosting and AI execution)
  • Cloudflare (DNS, security and network performance)
  • Stripe and Wise (payment processing)
  • SendGrid or equivalent email delivery providers
  • OpenAI, Anthropic and other AI model providers where required to deliver our services

These providers process data only under appropriate contractual safeguards.

6. Data Transfers and Sub-processors

Because our applications are built using modern cloud environments and AI models, data may be securely processed by sub-processors outside the UK and EEA (such as US-based LLM providers).

We ensure all cross-border transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) to maintain maximum security. Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the UK IDTA, UK Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses, or recognised adequacy regulations.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary. Typical retention periods include:

  • Financial records: up to 7 years to comply with UK tax and accounting obligations.
