- Replit (application hosting and AI execution)
- Cloudflare (DNS, security and network performance)
- Stripe and Wise (payment processing)
- SendGrid or equivalent email delivery providers
- OpenAI, Anthropic and other AI model providers where required to deliver our services
These providers process data only under appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Data Transfers and Sub-processors
Because our applications are built using modern cloud environments and AI models, data may be securely processed by sub-processors outside the UK and EEA (such as US-based LLM providers).
We ensure all cross-border transfers use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) to maintain maximum security. Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the UK IDTA, UK Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses, or recognised adequacy regulations.
