How do I access NEXIA AI Support?
Sign in to your dashboard and open the AI Assistant panel. NEXIA provides instant answers to questions about your account, AI agents, billing and platform features.
How do I contact a human?
Email support@asronax.com or submit a support request from your dashboard. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
How do I submit a support ticket?
You can use the Help & Support section inside your dashboard, or email support@asronax.com. Please include your account email, a description of the issue and any screenshots that may help us investigate.
How do I get started?
After registering, you'll complete our onboarding process. You can either configure everything yourself using our self-service platform, or purchase our Managed Setup Service, where our specialists configure your AI systems for you. Most deployments are completed within 48 hours.
What services are included?
Depending on your subscription, you may have access to AI Chat Agents, AI Voice Agents, Workflow Automation, Lead Capture & Qualification, CRM Integrations, AI Workforce Management, Custom AI Solutions and API Access. Available features vary by subscription plan.
How do I install the AI chat widget?
After creating your AI agent, navigate to Dashboard → Integrations → Website Widget. Copy the generated embed code and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your website. We also support React, Next.js and API integrations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@asronax.com. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No further recurring payments will be taken unless you reactivate your subscription. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Am I eligible for a refund?
Refund eligibility is determined in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Examples include duplicate billing, charges after confirmed cancellation, and eligible first-time subscription requests within the published refund period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure cloud infrastructure, role-based access controls, security monitoring and GDPR-compliant data handling. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
What happens during Managed Setup?
If you purchase our Managed Setup Service, our specialists will configure your AI agents, connect integrations, build workflows, set up lead capture and deploy your solution. You'll receive progress updates throughout the deployment process, with initial contact made within 48 hours.
My AI agent isn't working correctly.
First, check your dashboard for any service alerts or configuration warnings. If the issue continues, contact NEXIA through your dashboard, submit a technical support request, or email support@asronax.com with screenshots and a description of the issue.
