Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services provided by Asronsworld Ltd (Company No. 17284591), registered at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, trading as Asronax, including Asronax Automation, Asronax AI Workforce, and any other software or AI services offered by us.
1. Monthly Recurring Retainers
Cancellation Notice
You can cancel your monthly recurring maintenance or digital marketing retainer at any time. To avoid the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled invoice date.
Access Upon Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your software maintenance, digital marketing tracking, and AI workforce agent infrastructure will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which services will be deactivated.
No Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service or unused AI automation runtime.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by billing errors.
- Charges made after a confirmed cancellation.
- Platform-wide service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours, where a pro-rata refund or service credit is appropriate.
- Accidental first-time subscription charges requested within 48 hours of activation, provided there has been minimal use of the service.
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Partial use of an active subscription period.
- Failure to cancel before an automatic renewal.
- Change of mind after more than 48 hours of activation.
- Charges relating to exceeded usage limits under your subscription plan.
- Professional services or implementation work already delivered.
3. One-off Setup and Managed Fees
Commencement of Work
Once development, custom web designing, or AI configuration has begun, setup fees are non-refundable. This reflects the custom labor and operational compute costs allocated to your project.
Milestone Cancellation
For large projects divided into milestone payments, clients may cancel future milestones by giving written notice before work on the next stage begins.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email support@asronax.com and include:
- Your registered account email address.
- Date and amount of the transaction.
- A brief explanation of the issue.
We aim to:
- acknowledge all refund requests within one business day, and
- process approved refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Refunds are returned using the original payment method wherever possible.
5. Chargebacks and Billing Disputes
If you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider.
Submitting a chargeback without first contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account while the matter is investigated.
We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
6. Consumer Protection (B2C Rights)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumer clients (not businesses) have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel an online order.
Exception
If you explicitly request that we begin setting up your software, launching marketing campaigns, or building your AI agents immediately within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you waive the right to a full refund for any services already delivered or configured up to the moment of cancellation.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be published on our website with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
